Project Description

My project explores how Wnt signaling regulates cell cycle progression within organoids, models that closely mimic in vivo conditions. A key aspect of this work involves developing advanced 3D imaging and analysis methods to track the behavior of individual cells. Ultimately, the project aims to uncover how different cues, particularly various growth factors, influence a cell’s decision to divide and the manner in which it divides.
